Do you know how durable these clones are? I'd be able to cover most angles if he tries something like that, but if the clones can be stabbed and not be hindered by it, then I would be in trouble.

I've heard there's some sort of tunnels where murderers have been held in the past; I figure that if he's knocked unconscious, he could be brought there until we get some kind of consensus for what to do with him.

Some people have shown interest in helping. If we manage to find Yuber, though, I may need to have some of them keep hidden to start. If he runs away as often as others have said, he probably wouldn't stick around if it seems like he's outnumbered by a large margin.

That may work, but it would be hard to get him in a position where people would be able to be close without alerting him.

I know there are other groups out there, and I've heard that our basic structure is similar to the Brave Vesperia group. However, if some of the members of my guild back home showed up here, the other groups might find them a bit... hard to control.

Maybe one or two have disbanded, but... think about it. Three different groups for one village? We only had one Guild of people protecting our world and we managed pretty well at keeping things in order.

However, there are quite a lot of people who want to take over the world, destroy it, or simply cause chaos. This village is basically their only target, and most of these people are quite powerful. I figure the more organized that this place becomes in terms of its defenses, the better chance we'll have of surviving these attacks.

What I'm saying is, wouldn't it make more sense to all be under one group? It's not like there's a lot of distance between you. Or are you all so hellbent on running your own show?

There are some members of my group back home [specifically thinking of Natsu, Gray, and Gazille here, each for their own reasons - all are incredibly destructive, Natsu's an idiot, Gray's unconsciously an exhibitionist, and she doesn't trust Gazille at all] whom I'm worried that other groups wouldn't tolerate the behaviours of. It's extremely easy to choke someone. And it's not that soft if I don't want it to be. My forte was capturing an entire crew worth of pirates at once. And I have enough control that I only choke or hurt someone when I want to. I used it against the butterflies the same way.

Depends on the situation. I'm a marine, it's not like I've never been in wars with my company. And I was a captain, I led an entire ship of marines.

I haven't encountered Yuber myself, but he's a blond-haired man who wears a lot of black, and he can teleport and use lightning magic at the very least. He's killed and assaulted many of the people here, and he tends to teleport away before he can be caught.

Oh... okay, I'll help! He sounds bad. And yeah, they do - well, aside from the Great Fairies, but they're different. I think they have bodies under the light, but they glow really really brightly so it's hard to tell.

Good. Now, under "abilities", you mentioned that you use something called a hookshot. What is that, exactly?

It's this thing with a point at the end attached to a chain - if you press a button on the handle, it shoots out, and if you stick it in something like a target or wood or something, you can press the button again and the chain retracts and it pulls you over there. Or you can use it to bring stuff over, or you can use it on some enemies - like those bubble things. On bigger things, it just stuns them, though.

It's sorta weird. It doesn't really go with my other stuff - that's a sword and a bow and stuff like that. I had a lot of other stuff, too, but not all of it's here. [Frown. He wouldn't mind a few bottles - he knows he had one full of red potion that could come in handy.]

The explanation is pretty long, but...

The Origin is a dragon-type wild sorcery. As far as I know, it was named this because it contains the very first seven verses of the Song of Sorcery ever created. It focuses on controlling the flow of the elements and using it to attack or defend. The Origin can only control the shape through flow, not focus or molding, so it cannot be used to substitute for traditional magic.

What it means is that while I can breathe fire, form a whip of water and charge my blade with lightning, I cannot throw a fireball or create a water bubble. The final shape must be something that moves, no matter what.
