This is the post organizing the various relationships Erza has with people who are in the same games as her. If you feel that Erza's opinion of your character deserves mention, post a comment and I'll see what I can do!

Canon Characters in Luceti
Natsu Dragneel: +++++ (Natsu's habit of challenging, among others, her to fights at random, along with his sheer stupidity, frustrate Erza to no end. However, she acts as a mother figure to Natsu, and the two become incredibly angry if they see either one in pain. Their bond is among the thickest of the Fairy Tail members, and when he was taken out of Luceti, she felt worse than she had in a while) (also at willfindigneel)
Gray Fullbuster: +++++ (although his habits of stripping at inopportune moments (in other words, all of the time) irritate Erza, Gray is one of her best friends, having been so since childhood. Erza is the only one who can keep Natsu and Gray in line, and she is one of the few who can stop their arguing. Of their team, Gray is the one who Erza depends on the most, given Natsu's impulsiveness, Lucy's tendency to overreact to what Erza sees as minor inconveniences, and Happy's age)
Wendy Marvell: +++++ (she may be the newest member of the guild, but Erza warmed up to her almost immediately. Mainly, this seemed to be because they had both been through similar situations - until they came to Fairy Tail, they had lost multiple parental figures at a young age. As well, Wendy was one of the few people who trusts Jellal in spite of his actions, even if she originally mistook him for Mystogan. Still, the last thing that Erza remembers from home is Wendy joining the guild, so she's got a lot of catching up to do...)
People She Met in Luceti
Adell: +++++ (one of the first people Erza met in Luceti. She quickly noticed similarities between him and some of her guildmates back home, and the two recognized how powerful the other was. The two share a strong trust, as exemplified when Adell admitted his demonic heritage to her, and now as a member of the Blue Rogues, she will make sure not to let him down)
Aku: xxx (a massive ham, and an extremely loud evil overlord. Aku believes that he is the lord and master of everyone in Luceti, or at least, that he will be. In addition, Erza was forced to retreat from him when it became clear that her powers had no effect. Formerly in Luceti)
Estelle: +++ (a young woman who's certainly enthusiastic when it comes to books, she helped Erza find some new works of literature, and set up Luceti's book club, which Erza has taken an interest in. She certainly seems nice from the few interactions that Erza has had with her)
Knives: xxxxx (with a demeanor like that and an ominous-sounding name, Erza automatically dislikes this man. Though, in her eyes, he's a somewhat stereotypical villain (she fights people who claim they will destroy humanity for some vague reason every other week), but she still considers him an extremely dangerous threat if left unchecked. Formerly in Luceti)
Mitsuru Kirijo: ++++ (Erza quickly found that Mitsuru reminded her of herself - serious, with little tolerance for rule-breakers, and they even look similar. Mitsuru quickly became one of her close friends in Luceti Formerly in Luceti)
Monkey D. Luffy: ++++ (though Luffy is immature, his care for his friends shines through, despite what Smoker has to say about pirates in general. After all, someone who treasures their friends to the point that he does can't be bad, right?)
Smoker: ++++ (Smoker is quite dependable, which is always a good thing in Erza's mind. He acts as somewhat of a sobering presence, which has stopped Erza from (among other things) going after people like Yuber on her own. Their shared love of justice helps a lot)
Suberbi Squalo: ++++ (though she finds Squalo fairly obnoxious, especially when he's yelling, she'd find it hard to picture Luceti without him. The two have formed an odd friendship, and even though Squalo doesn't remember what he went through last time that he was in Luceti, she still considers herself his friend)

Lucy Heartfilia: +++++ (Lucy is one of the newest members of the guild, and Erza warmed up to her almost immediately. Like Gray and Natsu, Erza spends a lot of time in Lucy's apartment, even if they entered without her knowledge. As the two are the only constant female members of their team, they have had a lot of time to bond, even if Lucy is still confused by some of Erza's eccentricities)

Hijikata Toushirou: xxxxxx (defiler of strawberry cakes - he will suffer)
Kid: +++ (Erza doesn't know Kid particularly well, but she's a friend of Natsu's, and (from what Erza's been told by Natsu) the god of this place)

Mavis Vermillion: +++++ (the Fairy Tail guild's First Master - for that reason alone, Erza trusts her completely. Now that Mavis has her body back, Erza considers it her responsibility to show Mavis everything she's missed)
Zeref: xxxx (only Mavis's presence and desire to reconcile with him keep Erza from going after Zeref. As Zeref is both directly (through the creation of Tartaros and the war with Alvarez) and indirectly (through his work being used by various Dark Guilds, including Grimoire Heart (who were responsible for Jellal's brainwashing), and the cult that enslaved her) responsible for every single bad thing that has happened in her life)
Other Canon Characters
Happy: +++++ (as Happy is Natsu's primary mode of transportation and keeps him from throwing up whenever they go on trips, Erza is grateful to Happy for his service to the guild. Also, the little cat has quite a bit of determination, coming back from a savage beating at the hands of the Oracion Seis' leader, and he is one of the few members of the guild that Erza does not actively discipline. However, if he mocks her love life, she will punt him into space)
Makarov: +++++ (the respect that Erza and Makarov have for each other is mutual. Erza holds Makarov in high regard, as he is the leader of the guild and treats them all like his children. Meanwhile, Makarov considers Erza the closest thing he has to a successor, if not for her habit of leaving the areas where she completes missions in utter ruin.)
Mirajane: +++++ (although Mirajane was Erza's former rival, the two get along well now. As she is one of the most loyal guildmembers, often putting her life on the line by disguising as other members of the guild to act as a decoy, Erza trusts her. Ever since the alleged death of Mirajane's sister, Mira became more meek and mild, and they dropped their rivalry, leaving no bad blood between the two (aside from the occasional competitive streak, or finding amusement in the other's humiliation))
Juvia Loxar: +++++ (Juvia did not get off to the best start with the guild, seeing as she kidnapped Lucy, but Erza quickly warmed up to her, even encouraging Gray to pursue a relationship with her. One of the few things that can terrify Erza is seeing Juvia after someone has threatened Gray's life)
Jellal Fernandez: +++++ (while she's long since forgiven Jellal for his actions at the Tower of Heaven, she wants to see him forgive himself - a process that would take much longer. She's loved Jellal since they were kids, and is eternally patient with him, wanting him to settle whatever issues he has before they can be together)
Gajeel Redfox: ++++ (similar to Juvia, Gajeel was a former enemy of the guild. She did not trust him at first, but his undercover work at Raven Tail, coupled with his dedication to Fairy Tail and its members, helped to win her over.
Kagura Mikazuchi: ++++ (the two were fierce rivals in the Grand Magic Games, with Kagura wanting Jellal dead since he killed her brother. Erza patched things up with her afterwards, and Kagura considers the Fairy Tail mage to be a big sister figure. Aside from finding this behaviour adorable, Erza's glad to have someone who rivals her in terms of skill with a sword)
Millianna: +++++ (the two of them have been through a lot together - from childhoods spent in slavery all the way to the Tower of Heaven and the Grand Magic Games. If Millianna is hurt, Erza will go berserk and fight tooth and nail to get back at whoever's responsible, and Millianna has no problem with invading Erza's personal space)
Ikaruga: xxxx (one of the enemy mages who made the biggest impact on Erza; while fighting the Fairy Tail mage was just a job, her sheer power and habit of making Erza feel vulnerable left a mark on the mage that she has yet to recover from)
Azuma: xxx (Azuma was an unstoppable juggernaut on Tenrou Island, forcing his way through some of the most powerful mages that Fairy Tail before draining the magic from all of the mages on the island. While his sense of honour keeps Erza from outright hating him, he's still a terrifying force to be reckoned with)
Kyouka: xxxxx (between bringing back memories of her childhood in slavery, wanting Jellal dead, stripping her naked, and trying to kill every single human on the continent, Kyouka immediately jumped up to the top of Erza's most hated list. Time has not lessened this; she never got to "pay Kyouka back" for the torture, and she despises the demon with all of her being)
Eileen Belserion: xxxxx (while Erza can sympathize with Eileen's past, that does not excuse her present actions. Possessing Wendy would be bad enough, but trying to use Erza as a replacement body, being responsible for Makarov sacrificing himself, and working for Zeref make it next to impossible for Erza to forgive her. Even if the woman is her mother, she considers the Fairy Tail guild to be her true family, and will not hesitate to make her pay for what she has done)
